Creative Community Night: Movement Improvisation

Our next Creative Community Night is all about movement exploration through playful dance improvisation. We will try a mix of guided exercises using props, mirror work, and follow the leader style prompts that invite curiosity and connection. This experience is open and welcoming to non dancers and dancers alike. There is no right or wrong here. The focus is on noticing how different music influences the way your body wants to move and how it feels to respond to others’ movement compared to your own natural tendencies. Come ready to explore, loosen up, and move in a way that feels true to you.
