Creative Community Night: Music Exploration

Try out our member night and join us for "Guided Music Exploration"; an immersive evening exploring a landscape of sound and the many benefits that come with creating music. In this guided experience, Sam will lead you through a playful and intentional approach to making noise, using your voice and simple instruments to craft a collaborative song. No experience is needed, just an open heart and a willingness to play. As we create together, you’ll experience the grounding calm, emotional release, and deep sense of connection that music uniquely offers. Plus, we have an appetizers to start!
