Dance for Good: Sexy Chair Class

Join us for a special Dance for Good: Sexy Chair Class, where movement becomes a powerful form of confidence, expression, and reclamation. In honor of Sexual Assault Awareness & Prevention Month, 100% of proceeds from this class will be donated to New Horizons Women’s Shelter.

This women-only class is about reconnecting with your body on your terms. In a world that too often places blame on women for how they dress, move, or express themselves, this space is here to say something different. You are allowed to feel confident, sensual, and strong without judgment or shame.

Through guided, beginner-friendly choreography, you’ll explore movement with a chair that builds self-esteem, body awareness, and empowerment in a supportive and respectful environment. Come as you are, move how you feel, and be part of a night that honors both personal power and community impact!
