Ecstatic Improv Workshop

Our ecstatic improv dance workshop is an energetic and free-flowing event where participants explore spontaneous movement and self-expression. You will be guided through exploratory movement exercises led by Michelle, to connect and allow your body to move intuitively to the music without set choreography. This liberating experience fosters creativity, mindfulness, and a sense of community among participants.
