Kids Art Club with Katie Meyer

The beloved Art Club from The Art Room Bangor is now coming to Art House La Crosse once a month. Led by art educator Ms. Katie Meyer, owner of The Art Room and experienced teacher with a Master’s in Art Education, this club is a fun, supportive space where kids ages 5–18 can explore creativity, learn new techniques, and dive into art history.

The art lesson in December will set the tone for the Holidays and winter season. We will create a painting of a pine tree using acrylic paint on a stretched canvas.

Concepts: acrylic paint application techniques, analogous color mixing, visual texture.
