About the event
Join us for our SPRING Mini-Retreat to refresh and renew yourself! This is open to anyone 18+ (all levels of dancers are invited) who wants to explore movement, crafts, journaling and intentional connection as a powerful forms of self-care, stress relief and healing.
Schedule of events:
9:30-10am: Opening Circle, Intentions and Journaling
10-10:30am: Mindful Core & Strength Warm Up
10:30-11am: Mindful Contemporary Jazz Class
11:00-11:45pm: Craft
