Summer Solstice Dance Re-Set

Re-charge your energy and set intentions for the coming season! We will begin with intention setting, an uphill hike to warm up our bodies and upon reaching the top of the bluff we will have a contemporary jazz movement based dance class (all levels welcome). Connecting our bodies through dance in nature is such a grounding and soulful experience that will be perfect as we soak in the highest point of energy for the year. We will commemorate our time together by creating a take-home sun catcher!
